Yodel not only left my Vinted parcel in plain site by my bins for anyone to take, It was on its side and obviously damaged. I was in my house and they obviously couldn't be bothered knocking my door. When I opened the carefully wrapped (with bubblewrap and fragile stickers) turntable, I discovered it was broken. Vinted asked me to provide photos for a refund. This was not the seller's fault but acackhanded delivery company. Obviously something heavy on the box. Vinted refused to refund and despite my complaints and evidence, refused to hold Yodel accountable. Shame on Vinted and you Yodel.
