Its not just once its all the time. Its not my driver its the inadequate system. All the messages are confusing, truncated to the point where they are meaningless and the timings and live tracking dont work at all. Its now 17.02. I began tracking my delivery at 13.04 for a window of 13.04 to 15.08. Two hours late and the tracking shows the same location for the last hour one stop away. Its always like this so much so that I have cancelled two orders now because they use yodel as the delivery partner. In conclusion your delivery is always a problem!
