Absolutely appaling service. Ordered a piece of furniture I needed quickly from Ebay, the delivery time was great. Waited for the parcel, looked at the tracking daily, said it was in the depot waiting for a driver, this was the same every day updated the same. A month later it was out for delivery, however I had already contacted the seller and they sent via DPD (great company). I rang Yodel to cancel the parcel gave them the tracking number. Was also expecting another parcel which again I needed quickly, was over a day late but I can accept that, cancelled the furniture, asked them to expedite the other. Next thing the furniture has arrived and the other item is on its way back as a return!! This isn't the only experience, in this area we never have on time deliveries at all from Yodel, always delayed. Yet DPD can deliver daily. Step up your game Yodel, your service is absolutely terrible
