I ordered a pair of protective eyeglasses on Ebay and I got informed by the delivery person that the item was delivered at a safe place. We were home at the time of delivery. I went to check on right away and saw nothing. None of my neighbours saw the parcel. What I could guess is the item was delivered to the wrong address. It’s very difficult to reach Yodel customer service even to live chat. I have tried to phone but too long to wait. I feel they try to avoid the customers guessing there are a lot of complaints. Not good experience at all.
