Avoid at all cost. I just moved houses and I bought a desk. The original due date was two days from buying it, so I change my shift in order to be at home and recieve the parcel. It didn't arrive, so I lost money for nothing. They told me that it will arrive on Monday, and while I was working on Sunday, somebody texts me saying that the parcel will arrive in like two hours. I change the delivery date for Monday and they tell me "I need to provide more information about my address". After waiting 30 minutes on the live chat, they told me that the driver couldn't find my address because it didn't match on their system. That's a lie because I immediately changed the delivery date, and the driver wasn't even close to my home. And then I realise they put my wrong address into their system. I don't know how can you be that incompetent. It was supposed to arrive a week ago, and still waiting for my parcel. I'm going on holidays tomorrow so I have to apply for a refund. What a nightmare of a company.
