Placed an order on 23rd of November and was given between 26-28th for delivery. 3rd of December, almost a week late, only one parcel delivered. Both were coming from the same place, in transit together, to be delivered on the same date and time. Driver stated he handed the parcel to me, which he didn't, it was left outside of my mt front door but you can clearly see only one of the items have been left. I spoke to someone at yodel on the night of the delivery who said she couldn't locate the parcel and will ask for bags searches to be done and they would have an update within a few hours. Next evening, no update so held on chat and eventually someone answered and they couldn't give me an answer either. Told me to wait and they would have an update within a few hours. 2 days later, still no update! This was a gift for my autistic daughter and now I'm left out of pocket, no update, nobody able to tell me where my parcel is or if I'll ever receive it. Absolutely disgusting company!! Live chat takes ages for anyone to answer, which is pointless anyway because they aren't any help. Was kept on the phone for over an hour, no further forward! Ridiculous that this company is even still delivering parcels!!
