Completely and utterly useless!
I have been waiting for my Amazon delivery since 27th of November, which is the last date Amazon told me it would be delivered.
Their Live Chat is pointless, as is their App. I even arranged, via the App, for a specific delivery date, but you guessed it……..they missed!!!!!!
Yodel have had my package since the 25th of November (13 days) and blame the Christmas Period for their delays…….but no doubt they are still accepting deliveries at their facilities even though they are unwilling to deliver them!
