I was told my parcel was ‘delivered’ to my house on the 23rd November. However, ‘ no image was available’ and no sign of any attempted delivery on my cctv.
I was later informed they told Very that there was no further tracking available , so Very are not sure if my parcel has been lost, stolen or misplaced . They are now investigating what’s happened. I don’t trust this company parcels always go missing towards Christmas and this hasn’t been the first time parcels haven’t been delivered and disappeared. I don’t understand why Very still uses them.
I contacted the company but they never get back to you with the live chat etc or always busy.
I cannot get replacement items until my money is refunded .
