Package arrived torn open and 1 of the 2 items missing.
Supplier have replaced the missing item as Yodel would not even discuss this.
Replacement item sent from UK warehouse on 12/12. Yodel sites says have the item on 13/12.
Still no sign of this and the AI chat bot just says they do not have it yet.
Suppliers are investigating as well.
Yodel are absolute rubbish, same AI responses every time and if you ask to speak to someone they chat gets terminated. asked for transcript for today chat at end and it closed the chat completely.
