Unbelievable an order I was informed would be delivered today's January the 6th however checked tracking today to find Yodel said they delivered it on Saturday as I'm in all day its a lie. No courier called or left my package. Now it's causing all sorts of problems, letting the company know, letting Yodel know and getting my goods paid for or a refund. Not a good start to the new year for Yodel.
Plus you can't talk to a human its all a machine you can't talk to bad and lack of customer service.
