I ordered custom made Vans on 25th October to arrive before Christmas. Yodel finally tried to deliver my package on the 10th December but I wasn't in. When I received their email on the 10th I replied immediately and rebooked redelivery on the 18th, for when I would be in all day. Their app showed this request was approved so I waited. On the morning of the 18th I went onto the app to check for an update on what time they'd deliver my package. To my shock they updated it that morning to say the item was returned to Vans warehouse the day before!
Vans policy is to provide a refund when this happens. Even though these shoes are completely useless to Vans (1 star review for Vans to follow). Custom shoes take 7 weeks to arrive, so Yodel's complete incompetence ruined my Christmas. They won't even provide any sort of compensation for their mess.
