I cannot fault the drivers but the customer service team are dreadful - I have two addresses in my account but when labels are being printed they are mixing up the postcodes - some drivers have struggled to find me which delays them whilst they search for where my address actually is.
Just had a long live chat and when it was obvious the operator was unable to edit the postcode in their system, he just cut me off the chat.
