I have now had 2 parcels sent to the local store only to receive emails from Yodel to advise the parcels have been delivered to a store 200 miles away. When I finally got through to the customer service I have been told to contact the sender. I asked why can they not pick up the parcels and forward to the correct store and they kept saying I need to chase the sender. Its not the senders fault and I find it quite suspicious that 2 different parcels have gone to the wrong address. Tried phoning the delivery store and the phone is disconnected. Never ever again will I get delivery through yodel.
