Waited in on the parcel all day watched the van tracker. It was in the street next to me and the parcel didn't arrive, I received an email at 21.11 hrs to say it was delivered at 13.00 to a safe place. No safe place on form, no photo, or card. Tried to phone its just a bot saying its in safe place. Tried live chat and no one speaks. Terrible service and company wasted 2 days on this and still no delivery!
