Told my parcel was out for delivery. Tracked on app 1 stop away. Then said problem with address need to chat. Went on chat, useless told me to enter what 3 words on app. Said they would attempt delivery tomorrow. Checked app & what 3 words already on! They just couldn’t be bothered delivering. Tried to call but can’t get past automated voice mail. Very annoying. What happens if they can’t find me tomorrow do I just wait forever? Could have called me. Would give no stars if I could
