I wish, I could give zero stars.
My parcel was due for delivery on Saturday. However, the driver couldn’t find my home and asked for me to contact yodel. After contacting customer service, they asked me to add in my What3words location, which I added. I also included extra directions in the special instructions box.
My package was then due for delivery on Monday. Once again, the driver could not find my home. I contacted customer service again about possibly getting it delivered to a Yodel store, which happens to be my Spar next door.
However, I was advised that another team would investigate, and I should wait 24 hours. It was then due for delivery on Tuesday. But yet again, with the what3words and special instructions. I received another notification that they need some more information about my address. Which I assume is that the driver could not find my home.
The options to change the delivery address, etc., were not available to me and The only option available is to pick it up at the depot. The nearest depot to me is about 2 hours away!
I then contact their customer service again and they sent an email saying the parcel would get delivered at the next working day. Well it got to Friday and I found out that my package had been sent back to Shein. They are the worst delivery company ever!
