What a joke as a company. I purchased a postage label on ebay to send a parcel and went down to my local Co-op to drop the parcel off. This was when the problems arose. The staff said that my parcel was too big for the driver to collect and that they can only take small parcels. Flabbergated I said how do I get it sorted? The staff said I would have to take the parcel to a regional depot, so I siad where was that? Google it they said. Having Googled it the depot was 40 minutes drive away from where I live. Needless to say I have cancelled the label. There is no point complaining to Yodel as apparently they have apalling customer service and what will it achieve. Avoid at all costs, how they are still in business is a mystery.
