I Ordered purina dog food using next day delivery service on 3rd April. Not arrived by the 7th and the tracking says it’s sitting at depot. Tried to find out using Web chat and telephone but all they can say it will be investigated. The call handler just kept saying it’s been allocated a driver but couldn’t tell me why it says sitting at depot if it’s supposed to be allocated. Is the driver on holiday? No one knows or can say when I’ll get my parcel. This is the third consecutive time that this has happened - Absolutely useless.
