Really sorry to complain but over the last couple of years 3 times my instructions haven't been carried out by the delivery agent the most recent being yesterday when my parcel was left on my front doorstep in full view of passers by despite me having confirmed email to say it would be delivered to my chosen neighbour as I wouldn't be at home.
The help line was very good and has reassured me that this won't happen again.
