An hour waiting on the phone to be told 'We'll investigate and our team will get back to you within 24 hours' and that was now 4 days ago. Live service chat just told me it's still being investigated after chasing up. Asked for some kind of complaint or incident number only to be told they don't do that lol. Wonder why! Truly terrible company, avoid like the plague.
