I sent two parcels with Yodel, both were collected and thats where the tracking ends at a Yodel parcels building.
The webchat is a joke it’s either a poor AI robbot or people with a poor understanding of English, I can’t really tell but it’s dreadful.
I made a complaint and a reply come back telling me to contact the seller, I am the seller did they even read my complaint, ebay automatically refunded both buyers while I am £170-200 out of pocket.
I have contacted the Yodel ceo complaints twice with no reply.
A dreadful company to deal with no real way to contact them. I am about to take it to the small claims court now.
They are the worst courier company in the UK by a long way and best avoided.
