I was told the driver couldn't deliver my parcel as my chosen store was closed. The stores opening hours are 06.00 to 22.00 so I don't see how.
Tried to contact Yodel by phone but just got automated response. Tried the chat line who said they would escalate it but I had to contact the sender? Sent an email to the head office in Liverpool. They replied with apologies and said I'd get an update within 24hours... Now nearly a week later... nothing. If you're a company using Yodel be aware they are useless and will end up costing you money.
