Item to be delivered Thursday, they emailed on the day telling me to be home as there was no option for collection or drop off at a pickup point so took the day off work. Didnt arrive. Next day they say it will come, so Friday, wait in all day, still odesn't arrive. Now they tell me it wil be today.... Joke of a courier service
