They called up to arrange visit put them off for a few days as away but they still rang and left message, rang again on return, date and time agreed but then another agent rang. She was quite aggressive that I had to basically fit in with her time not the time agreed. Told her to either turn up as agreed or don’t bother. She didn’t. Terribly unprofessional.
