Turns out you have 300 extra to OPT OUT of using a solicitor you made clear you would not use. I'm currently having my legal team go over this and where I stand I have been assured via the ombudsman uk services I'm legaly entitled to my money being returned due the misuse of the sales act. Very disappointed the agent knew all along I had my own legal team within my existing buisness I own. I intend to make this public so others do not fall into thos trap holding my sale infomation hostage and would not pass it to my solicitor unless I paid 300 to OPT OUT 🤔
