YOPA DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE A “SCAM” KEEP AWAY” I asked for NO SALE, NO FEE, the Agent sent me email, I replied, which was a contract in small writing, (I did not read thoroughly, my BIG mistake) 10 months to sell, and if not sold you still have to pay £1400. I presumed was the verbal agreement of NO SALE, NO FEE, NO I WAS Scammed. Properly went on the Market Dec 22, 1 view. I rang and rang Agent to drop price, could not get hold or speak to the person, who no longer works for them, time was ticking and Agent knew would get paid without work or customer service. I appealed to the ombudsman, which now they are making me still pay £1000.00 for WHAT????? YOPA SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF AS AN ESTATE AGENT. I am now happily going to pay ABODE their fee as I got a 5 Star service and they sold my house, they do No Sale, No Fee. As for YOPA I have to pay then £1000. For WHAT NOTHING.. When I confronted the Agent, why was the contract done where selling in 10 months, if not sold still have to pay? NOBODY WOULD CHOOSE THIS. Agent replied this is better and cheaper 😡 No I asked for No Fee and would prefer to pay more if sold and nothing if not sold. I can see there are hundreds of people going through the same as me.
