My experience with Yopa at the beginning was really bad all communication via watsapp considering the fees I expected something more personable I was not impressed...then in April I was given a new agent called Cody Verity he found a buyer on his 1st lot of viewings that he did in my home he communicated and explained everything I was so impressed with him he was really committed to getting my sale over the line I really don't know what I would of done if he hadn't come along. I would like to add that the app that allows the vendors to keep in contact with you needs to be taken down I found the very intrusive at times and add to more pressure during this stressful process.
