Not a good experience. Minimal contact from the agent. Although we asked for the agent to conduct viewings, the only ones we got were when she was on holiday , so we did them. In the months that we were on with yopa we had 3 viewings. Questions went unanswered, no feedback ever. Still nothing after reducing the price so we added another local agent. Three weeks later and we are sold. Obviously their agents just list the property and sit back knowing they're getting £1400 anyway. My advise is steer clear and get a local agent instead. Wouldn't use them again
