Wish I’d seen this page before I signed up with Yopa. As far as I was concerned it was a no sale no fee deal like it says on their main page and their agent never said anything to make me think otherwise. I was only offered three price ranges and nothing about having to pay the full fees after ten months regardless of a sale. I found this out two months later via a neighbour who’s been caught out the same way. Both our properties are the same but hers is listed £20k more than mine. Now you’d think that any potential buyers would be sent to me too (we are across the road and buyers have to pass my house ) but no and I questioned why but just got a “dunno” I also questioned the ad as the floor plan didn’t match my house in layout or measurements but they agent just said it doesn’t matter. I also questioned the lack of information about my property and again was told “well you can tell them” ….well I would if I had people wanting to view !! They are not the slightest bit interested in selling when they know they’re getting their money regardless of a sale because they trap you . The agent knew my health and mindset is very poor and the reason for moving was to be nearer my grandchildren who are in and out of hospital so you’d think they’d go through everything properly with you but no , I feel well and truly cheated. If I’d known about the fees after ten months no way on this earth would I have signed anything and would have chosen another agent…and I suggest others do the same …don’t let them in your door and share this link on all your social media platforms to stop your loved ones falling victim to these people
