Tried to arrange a viewing for a flat that we were interested in, but it became a mine field of constant problems. They rebooked days without telling us, then the agent was ill but failed to tell us. Tried rebooking and spoke to several people who promised to call back but never did. Feel really sorry for the sellers. We've given up and gone elsewhere.
