Excellent Customer Service. Couldn't get my previous provider to service our boiler for 3 years, understandably there were Covid related issues but signed up with YourRepair and got our boiler serviced straight away. Battled to speak to someone on the phone with my previous provider but found it easy to speak to someone at YourRepair without long waiting/holding times on the phone. Communication via email is also excellent.
