Very disappointed - DO NOT USE THEM! Tried to amend my diect debit date, which they refused, and then if you try and cancel your policy, they deamnd the full years worth of payments.

I've need a boiler service since September 2024 apart from phone calls texts emails to sort it I've not had my boiler service done and will not be renewing this year

Reported fault with a burst water pipe, would not assign an engineer to fix because the property was empty at the time. So had to call out an emergency plumber at my expense. Reported a fault on my boiler (on a landlord policy) they assigned a third party company who said someone would attend the next day and phone before 10am to give a more precise time, checked with company who said would be there between 12-6pm, then later 3-7pm. Engineer turned up no warning at 22:40 and went away.

As per others - I'd give zero stars if I could. Make sure to read all the fine print (every clause) before taking out a plan or you may find that your "repair" plan doesn't actually provide you with any cover at all and you will be contractually unable to leave the contract... unless you're willing to paying the full remaining balance for a further another instances of paying for no service! Disgraceful practices and incredibly unhelpful when trying to find a resolution - apparently aren't governed by any regulations or codes and the sales team are purely there to tie you in. Please take your time to take care of your own interests... YourRepair certainly don't care for them. In my opinion, if you want to protect yourself against a boiler breakdown then I'd go and buy yourself a plan from a different provider who will actually repair your broken boiler...

ZERO STARS!!!...Absolutely hopeless! Left us without heating or hot water for 42 days over October-November whilst claiming my boiler was 'Beyond Economic Repair' and 'parts are not available anymore'. I ended-up employing my own local engineer and purchasing the part myself- from one of over a dozen on-line suppliers- and getting the whole thing fixed within 3 days for under £240! how is this 'beyond Economic' when compared to a replacement boiler costing £ thousands except that I'd be doing the paying and not 'Yourrepair'. !!!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! They seem to prey on the vulnerable, those without the knowledge, will, or ability to fight back and pursue their rights. Interestingly 'YourRepair' a boiler insurance company who systematically seem to refuse claims and condemn perfectly repairable boilers is owned by the same person who also owns another company 'Hometree' who sell and fit replacement boilers for those which have been condemned as 'Beyond Economic Repair' by 'Yourrepair'... Absolutely horrible. Had a boiler service by the biggest cowboy ,failed my boiler and condemned it pushing for extra work with an rediculous quotation ever and when I questioned his report to your repair customer services I was called a liar basically. I got another company to service my boiler and it passed.

Boiler fault, engineer called and arranged a time for next day, excellent so far, the next morning got up for the appointment to repair, turned on my phone email sent at 2343 cancelling the repair. Phone call to them and offered one in 4 days. We had no hot water or heating. Kicked off and an appointment for next day. Boiler repaired, got told not sure if it will last needs more parts, I'll let them know and get it authorised and someone will call. No call chased them up and they know nothing about it. AVOID

Terrible customer service - lack of communication, didn't successfully arrange our boiler service and a very poor complaints procedure. Apparently because the service is free as part of the policy it is 'gesture of goodwill' and so they can't refund it, despite not meeting their contractual agreement. Also, I signed up when there was a deal for a free night's hotel stay, which I never got and they claim to have nothing to do with. Don't get ripped off, steer clear of YourRepair
