Annual service doesn't include the hot water cylinder for system boilers, which is absurd. All boiler warranties require the cylinder to be serviced annually, so if you use this company to have your boiler serviced you'll also need to pay for someone else to come out and service the cylinder separately... which will cost as much as a proper boiler service that includes the cylinder anyway. This is not made clear at any point in taking out the cover, it only becomes apparent when it comes time to book your service.... which only happens 6+ months after you've taken out the policy. At which point they will inform you that you can't cancel the policy without paying for the rest of it in full. Complete scam, save your money and use another company that actually includes a proper boiler service.
