ZERO STARS!!!...Absolutely hopeless! Left us without heating or hot water for 42 days over October-November whilst claiming my boiler was 'Beyond Economic Repair' and 'parts are not available anymore'. I ended-up employing my own local engineer and purchasing the part myself- from one of over a dozen on-line suppliers- and getting the whole thing fixed within 3 days for under £240! how is this 'beyond Economic' when compared to a replacement boiler costing £ thousands except that I'd be doing the paying and not 'Yourrepair'. !!!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! They seem to prey on the vulnerable, those without the knowledge, will, or ability to fight back and pursue their rights. Interestingly 'YourRepair' a boiler insurance company who systematically seem to refuse claims and condemn perfectly repairable boilers is owned by the same person who also owns another company 'Hometree' who sell and fit replacement boilers for those which have been condemned as 'Beyond Economic Repair' by 'Yourrepair'...
