As per others - I'd give zero stars if I could.
Make sure to read all the fine print (every clause) before taking out a plan or you may find that your "repair" plan doesn't actually provide you with any cover at all and you will be contractually unable to leave the contract... unless you're willing to paying the full remaining balance for a further another instances of paying for no service! Disgraceful practices and incredibly unhelpful when trying to find a resolution - apparently aren't governed by any regulations or codes and the sales team are purely there to tie you in. Please take your time to take care of your own interests... YourRepair certainly don't care for them.
In my opinion, if you want to protect yourself against a boiler breakdown then I'd go and buy yourself a plan from a different provider who will actually repair your broken boiler...
