the company just want to take money, don't want to do any job, the engineer came for the service, just did testing, ignore the noise from the boiler.
called customer service, she told me they can't help me with the boiler noise, I need to wait until the boiler dead before they can send an engineer out, I got my house insurance cover my boiler emergency break down, so what is the point I spent money for your cover?
