As I have seen on previous posts, the exact same has happened to me. This company pretended to be o2 moving me over to business plan. After I realized it wasn't who they clamed to be I called o2 and have had a nightmare moving back to the network.
This company is now asking for a termination fee of £300 as I apparent cancelled it too late (4 days later when I emailed them)
However what they fail to notice is I emailed them the same day saying i wanted to cancel.
Think I will defiantly be taking this further.
