Avoid at all costs. They charge £100 despite the 14 days cooling off period (contract signed on the 22nd and cancelled on the 25th!! 3 DAYS!) as an “administration fee”. Plan.com the use to provide the network will refuse to release your PAC code until the £100 fee to yourmobile.com is paid. AVOID IT. I was an idiot and I am paying the life lesson.

If I could give this company zero I would! After being with them for nearly 10 years (signing up with them when they were ‘one direct’ and a small business like myself) they have obviously grown and in the process lost all customer awareness. The Customer Service team is so scripted it feels like you’re talking to an AI Bot! When I finally got through to my account manager, she sent me a sympathetic email but was no more helpful than the Bot. They insist on signing you up to 3 year contracts (EE Business ONLY ask for 24 months maximum, prices are lower, customer service better) when we all know that small businesses, especially at the moment, are being squeezed by the government and changes to finances happen frequently. They should understand this and support their customers because at the end of the day, if I survive in business, I can pay their invoices. When my expensive contract finishes in 24 months I will be looking elsewhere. I never write reviews but I felt compelled this time after two days of getting nowhere with ‘Lanie’ @ ‘Your Mobile’

From the start of the call I was totally mislead, making it out that they were my original O2 provider and never specifically saying they were a different company. I know it was a full sales tactic in how they spoke to mislead you into thinking you were with the same provider until it was too late and you've signed up with them. The Tone they used saying "with your mobile we'll make sure we can find the correct plan" just casually slipping in the company's name but never specifying that the company was called 'Yourmobile'. Then the customer service I was told about was a lie. I was told by 'Rachel' I'd be speaking directly to her if there were ever a problem. What she didn't say is that i'd have to get through all the ai automated responses to then get through to somebody else, to then try convince them to put me through to Rachel to which, i would have to wait days to get in contact. Again... Misleading, dishonest and mis-sold. Please be super cautious on don't make the same mistake i did if ever you got a Cold Call.

completely fraudulent company claiming to be affiliated with EE. I was targeted over the phone by a lady claiming to be from EE, saying that as a business owner they could upgrade my contract to a business plan. I discovered later after receiving an email that they were from a completely seperate company called Your Mobile. I immediately requested to terminate then contract within the same day at which point they sent me an invoice for £120 as a 'termination fee' and threatened me to pay it with five days otherwise I will incure an additional fee. I can't believe they are allowed to operate, they need to be reported to Government trading standards. STAY WELL AWAY.

I’ve had to edit my original review due to being misled by this company. I was not told it is a 36 month contract so I informed I would like to cancel within the 14 days and was told there is no cooling off period due to it being a business contract and there is a £100 ‘cancellation fee’ (conveniently left out of there t’s & c’s) to pay. Oh, and despite being told the network switch would happen instantly it took nearly two days leaving me without service. Serious regrets ever getting involved with this predatory company. Avoid.

Need to be reported to Ofcom and Trading standards. Refuse to provide even the most basic information about the company until pressured to do so.

I was pestered with 3-4 calls daily over a period of two weeks until I caved. My bills are three times what they were now. I’ve had an ongoing complaint with the company and make no movement. Hey haven’t paid my cancellation fee for leaving O2 and they have a complex complaint procedure which takes weeks to get a response. If it’s not too late, don’t do it, don’t go with YourMobile!

These people are criminals. They called me up when I was coming to the end of my o2 contract saying they are from 02 and they are the business affiliates to them. They convinced me into this contract for 3 years (I actuallly don’t know how) I called up about 15 minutes later to cancel it and they said they couldn’t? Crininals!!! Please everyone stay away!!! I am now being charged a ridiculous amount just to terminate my contract even though I only have a few months left. I don’t know how these people sleep at night

Switched provider to their “business” side of my provider told them I needed an upgrade they said I could take out in 6 months At 6 months when my service and internet barely works I asked for upgrade they said 18 months! Now at 18 months guess what… I’m not entitled to an upgrade because my tariff (£80) is too high So I pay too much for an upgrade? So I’m stuck with an old phone they didn’t provide and a 3 year contract costing around £1000 a year for 3 years! I’ve asked for all recordings with them telling me the date my upgrade is due and they only have a recording of me accepting their terms apparently PLEASE ATAY AWAY

BE VERY CAREFUL!!!!!!!!!! Some company names should NOT be allowed!!!!!! when they phone you and say that they are from "Your mobile Company" and then say "that they want to talk to you about Your EE account" (Who is selling them my Number and Who my provider is ?) There must be some sort of legislation that stops them from using this sales pitch!
