From the start of the call I was totally mislead, making it out that they were my original O2 provider and never specifically saying they were a different company. I know it was a full sales tactic in how they spoke to mislead you into thinking you were with the same provider until it was too late and you've signed up with them. The Tone they used saying "with your mobile we'll make sure we can find the correct plan" just casually slipping in the company's name but never specifying that the company was called 'Yourmobile'.
Then the customer service I was told about was a lie. I was told by 'Rachel' I'd be speaking directly to her if there were ever a problem. What she didn't say is that i'd have to get through all the ai automated responses to then get through to somebody else, to then try convince them to put me through to Rachel to which, i would have to wait days to get in contact. Again... Misleading, dishonest and mis-sold.
Please be super cautious on don't make the same mistake i did if ever you got a Cold Call.
