Beware of import tax I ordered 2 bikinis, a swimsuit, a co-ord and a dress from zaful, paid 12 euro express shipping along which 2 euro insurance. I was not even aware that a duty tax could even be put on the package, as it never happened to me before when I ordered from them and neither to my friends and family. I am not able to receive my package until I pay a duty tax costing €40.93, which I feel Zaful should've told me the possibility of this happening before I paid. I don't know why this has been applied now to my package, which I'm very unimpressed and disappointed about especially when I held Zaful in very high light. I don't understand either why the tax wasn't covered by the fact it had insurance on the package, as it was beyond my control that the tax was put on it. Another thing I would like to know that if I don't pay the tax will I still refunded? And there hasn't been any contact from Zaful since 8am and now it’s 6:15pm, even though they’ve marked their message to me as ‘urgent’.
