Bought two jackets from them about six months ago. Didn't receive anything for months. I queried it because I couldn't track my order at all and was told that my package had been delivered...when I hadn't received anything. Tried again to query, this time they said that my package had been "dispatched". I asked for a refund and was told that since I queried it after six months (even though this was my second query) they wouldn't be refunding me in any way. They took my money and made no effort to ensure I received my package. I can't even ask for a refund within 30 days of receiving, as per their refund policy, as I haven't even gotten my order. They've basically stolen my money because there's been no exchange of goods, I paid them and received nothing in return. Their customer service is terrible, they say they prioritize customer satisfaction and yet they won't refund me for an order I haven't even received. Don't buy from their store, you'll be screwed over.
