I wish I can just give Zaful not even 1 star. I went online to order a dress and said it would take 5 days to process. Two weeks go by and I still have not received my dress so I decide to call costumer service. I explained the situation and the woman then replies with “ your dress is out of stock so it will take another two weeks to arrive” WHAT TYPE OF COMPANY DOES NOT EMAIL THERE OWN GUEST ABOUT AN OUT OF STOCK ORDER AND STILL MAKE ME WAIT 1 WHOLE MONTH!! I ask for my money back and the young woman sounded very hesitant on the phone. After 5 minutes of consulting with her about my refund she then says “it well take 7-14 days to refund your money”. This company is a joke. I’d rather just stick to fashionnova At least they let me know when an item is out of stock and not try to steal my money.
