If I could’ve given zero stars I would have. I Ordered something 10 days ago for Christmas which is now three days away, three days before Christmas still no shipping. Waited on the phone for 30 minutes to get information they had none. couldn’t even tell me when it would be in stock. One item is shipping out from the factory as I was told, but they can’t tell me where that factory is
