GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! This company should be ashamed!!
I placed my order on January 13th thinking that was plenty of time before my February 27th Trip. It's been 4 weeks and I have not received any tracking information.
SO I decided to place an order with their competitor SHEIN because I only have 2 weeks until my vacation, I need bathing suits and they basically sell the exact same stuff. It's been less then 24 hours since I placed my order and I already have tracking!!!
NOW cancelling my order with ZAFUL is going to take 14 BUSINESS DAYS to refund my money?? I can refund customers at my business within 24hrs MAX. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!
I've contacted them 3 times and not once did I get an apology on behalf of the company or offered some type of resolution. I asked if it would ship within 2 WEEKS and they couldn't answer me, YET I get emails saying "customer service is our TOP priority" LIES!! ITS YOUR LAST PRIORITY.
The reps you talk to online don't answer any questions just beat around the bush. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!
