ZAFUL IS TRASH. TRASH. TRASH. Lord knows I would give zero starts if i could. Do not order from here if you’re expecting to get your orders in a timely manner. It ordered 4 Swimsuits on February 4th. They claim that it takes 3-7 business for processing then it will ship. Yet Low and Behold it is February 17th and it still says processing on my order. I’ve called 17 times in the last 3 days and have only spoken to someone 3 times of those 17 calls. They kept sending me to an automated message. The first time spoke to someone they said it will ship on the 15th. Well that didn’t happen. I called on the 16th and was told it was going to shop that day... well here it is.. the 17th of January and the operator told me that the date has been moved again and I should receive my order the 1st week of March. Yeah they plays all day long. I canceled the order and requested a refund. Then she had the nerve to ask me did I want it refunded to my Zaful account or to the original payment method. GIRRRLLL quit playing with me lol.
