Worst experience ever. I was guaranteed delivery in 8 days from my order. 4 weeks later it was still “processing.” Each time I called there was either nobody to take my call or they were very rude and promised my package would ship in 48 hours, which it never did any of the 5 times I called. I requested a refund twice and had no luck. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. RIDICULOUS.
