I ordered some clothing over a month ago and never received it. It says that the order is still processing, and it’s said that since I placed my order. The worst part is that I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone to cancel my order and request a refund, but it’s impossible. They don’t respond to messages, and they don’t pick up phone calls. I’ve called many different times, and each time, I get a machine that says “Zaful isn’t able to take your call right now.” At this point I just want to get my money back, but I haven’t received a call back or a response to any messages. I would recommend everyone to not purchase things from Zaful- I should’ve read the other reviews of many people having the same problem.
