Ordered a swimsuit and it was in processing for over a month and when I tried to cancel it for days it wouldn't let me. I then finally got in touch with customer service who cancelled it. I later got an email that my refund was completed and it has been 2 weeks. I don't have my money back and can't reach customer service. Never again
