I ordered 2 swimsuits back in February for a vacation trip that i leave on in 2 days. I still have not received my packages and they supposedly shipped! When I enter the tracking number they provided it says there is no information. This is so frustrating. They should have an alert on their website explaining the delay is due to the virus. Something! It is bad customer service take orders and not be able to fulfill those orders. I can’t even get ahold of customer service.
