If I could give zero stars I would. I placed my order 18 days ago for a trip to Arizona coming up in a few days. It has not even SHIPPED! When I contacted multiple times I finally got a response saying it’s due to Chinese New Year. If this is an issue, maybe LET YOUR CUSTOMERS KNOW! I can’t even get a refund. I am furious and will never be ordering from the site again. Lost my business. Period.
